Our courses are out and back so you can go the distance of your choice
We start as a group but everyone runs their own pace. All paces are welcome.
Absolutely YES! Many of our members are also members of other clubs in the area. Schedules differ for clubs and individuals and we are more than happy to provide fill in training or all of your training and support for your goals!
Yes we provide hydration! We have scheduled hydration points along our long Saturday runs at mile 3 and at 7 in addition to hydration at start/finish. During our weekday runs we have a hydration cooler at start/finish.
